I have to wake up for school at 6am. This is what my schedule is.
Wake up- 6am
Shower- 6:05am
Get dressed- 6:15am (yes I take long showers)
Blow dry hair- 6:20am
Brush hair/straighten it- 6:30am
Style hair- 6:35-6:40am
Eat breakfast- 6:45am
Watch tv/ computer (check emails/check facebook) -However much time I have
Go to bus stop- 7:30
I actually have to be at the bus stop at 7:40 but 10 minutes early. Yes I spend alot of time on my hair, I am a girl haha. I have severe insomnia and I am a hard sleeper because of getting only little sleep. So alarm clocks dont work :// Even on high! I give my mom problems which I wish I didnt. I fight back when she tries to wake me up. I need ideas on how to go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. I go to bed in a dark room with everything off except a nightlight because I trip if I gotta pee :P I live near a train station so I here a train go off every like 30 minutes! I get creeped out by it being so quiet. What can I do to go to bed and wake up earlier. I am 13.
