Please help with GEOMETRY problem. I need help:?

The problem:

All three sides of an isoceles triangle are integers. What is the smallest possible perimeter this triangle can have if one side has a length of 4?

I really need your help. I think i may have an answer but I am not sure.
With triangles, the sum of two sides always has to be greater than the third side.

We also know that two of the sides have to be the same.

If we have exactly one side with length 4, the other sides have to be length 3. That one has a perimeter of 3 3 4 = 10.

If the short sides were length 2, we would see that the two short sides aren
