I'm currently a high school sophomore, and with my sister gone at college and my brother searching, I've been wondering about myself and where I could go.
Some colleges I've found really appealing in particular are Colgate, Bucknell, Colby, and Holy Cross but I'm open to other suggestions too.
I go to a private Jesuit school.
My cumulative GPA so far is 3.75 on a 4.0 scale.
I've been a competitive dancer and had an intense 5 day/week schedule since third grade.
Also involved in Model United Nations.
Haven't taken the SAT or ACT yet since I'm a sophomore but on the PLAN test I was predicted to score a 32 on the ACT.
What do you think? I usually get good honest answers here.
You sound like you're on track. Keep the grades up, and the classes challenging. Pursue the dancing. Thats definitely something that separates you from other applicants. Even go further with it. (Teach kids to dance etc.) Colleges will appreciate your passion and individuality. Keep it up.
UMich
It's known as "The Harvard of the Midwest."
Good Luck
with a 3.75 you better have some rich family
