How do you know if your child is dyslexic?

What are some signs and symptoms of dyslexia in a 7 year old?



I was dyslexic,I say was because i hardly ever do thing backwards anymore,I would twist numbers like 25 would be 52 but only on paper not when i spoke, or i would make a "E" a "3" its also like when im typing i wll start to type a word and then look at it and it will be like thsi,instead of this,I hope that helps




If you think there is cause for concern than you are probably right. No one knows your child better than you. The doctor can advise you on where he can be tested and diagnosed. Don't wait. At 7 your child needs to have his abilityies or disabilities recognized so he can be taught in a way that is best for him. Good luck.
