What is a good topic for an Expository essay?

I know I've already asked this but i didn't get any answers soo..





anyone have an good ideas for a topic?


if you don't know what an expository essay is it's like.. no opinion.. based mainly on fact with very little opinion included



I did one on the effects of short term foster care on children once...my teacher loved it because she said it was original and fresh :)




-Explain Race and the "Wrong Side of the Bed" in American History.


-Explain Plato's distinction between temperance and justice in the city.


-Explain the tragedy nature of the novel "Farewell to Arms" by Ernest Hemingway.


-Explain what Epictetus means by a "life in accordance with nature."


-Explain 3 different interpretations of green marketing.


-Explain what Epictetus means when he says that "we should wish for things to happen as they do"?


-Explain how American corporations harnessed the media to further their goals between 1890 and 1940. Use specific examples.




What about taking an event in history and share how it came to be and the effects? For example, a war or a famous person in history.





Discuss song writing? How to do something?




You could do like one of Obama's speeches or his inaguration.
