and why do they get the most applications out of all the universities in the united states? would you wanna go there?
I would say, "Wow. Nice job."
UCLA has a lot of benefits. It is as highly ranked as an Ivy, but it is much, much cheaper. Because it is a UC, a lot of CA residents apply to it along with the rest of the UCs. Out of state students apply because of its quality as well as its location- Los Angeles, CA.
The campus is also beautiful, the school is renowned for its sports teams, and it has a medical center. That means it is great for academics and social life- that's not something every school has.

it's very impressive but ucla is a state school so it isn't as prestigious as a comparable private school would be
